Although, recently they have gotten a lot better, StartLogic's Customer service could use some improvement.  There have been reports, months ago of people waiting up to 2 hours in the queue just to get a representative on the phone.  Their email system has been reported to be a little glitchy.  Although it is known that they have been trying to upgrade their quality of customer service, it is somehting to weary of should you ever run into problems.
